Conveyor belt washing machine
Conveyor-belt tunnel washing plants offer versatility, high productivity, ease of operation, efficiency and quality of treatment for simple or complex processes with multiple steps in a fully automatic manner, without the need for the constant presence of an operator. Available treatments include degreasing, rinsing, phosphodegreasing, passivation, pickling of aluminum and light alloys in general, final washing of polished stainless steel, and drying.
Practicality and durability
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, which can be painted or satin-finished. The design allows rapid disassembly and repositioning of all elements, to which are added doors and lids, interlocked with approved, class 4, electrical contact sensors or hinges and operated by PILZ safety relays
Energy system
Electric power, natural gas or LPG, process fluids such as steam or superheated water can be used for heating process solutions and drying air; shell and tube heat exchangers are fed by fuel-fired burners, made of AISI 304 stainless steel and constructed with geometries suitable for realizing high thermal efficiency

With interface operator panel to manage operating parameters, with sequential motor start to prevent current spikes and sequential zone shutdown

Reverse osmosis mineralizer, spray ramps, filtration systems
